• With his realistic, somber-seeming street scenes, he captures urban life without compromise.
• His painting combines elements of realism with an objectivity inspired by Otto Dix, as well as Florentine Mannerism.

In the family’s possession ever since.
In good condition. There is a faint sign of wear above one of the heads on the left, under UV light, a small retouch or overpainting is visible there. Overall, however, the piece makes an extremely harmonious impression. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the aid of a UV light source, and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
