Signed, dated, and titled twice on the reverse of the canvas. 50 x 50 cm (19.6 x 19.6 in). [AW].
• Relief-like and haptically impressive colors create a special three-dimensional effect.
• Ralph Fleck abstracts his popular motif of cityscapes through extreme perspectives.
• The artist's works are represented in renowned collections, including the Bavarian Painting Collection in Munich, the German Bundestag Collection in Berlin, the Deutsche Bank Collection, the Sprengel Museum in Hanover, and the Hypovereinsbank Collection in Munich.
PROVENANCE: Private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia (since 2014).
In good condition, with fine colors. Traces of craquelure in places. A few small areas of paint loss in the brown section. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the aid of a UV light source and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
