• Small-format letterhead from the heyday of Constructivism.
• To date, only two other examples have been offered on the international auction market (source: artprice.com).
• Part of the same private collection for more than 50 years, acquired directly from Sophie Lissitzky
.

PROVENANCE: Private collection, North Rhine-Westphalia (acquired from Sophie Lissitzky around 1970, with a copy of a short thank-you letter dated September 17, 1974, on the reverse side of the frame).

In good condition. Very few tiny foxing spots. In the upper two corners of the page, the mounting shows through slightly from the verso to the recto. Minimal browning and two to three very faint crease marks.
