Hohlspiegelobjekt. 1989.
Concave and convex mirrors in front of a round, concave mirror mounted on wood in a plexiglass box.
Signed and dated on the reverse, here with the stamps “SEHEN IST SCHÖN” (SEEING IS BEAUTIFUL) and “ENERGETISCHE PLASTIK” (ENERGETIC SCULPTURE). Diameter ca. 51 cm (20 in). Plexiglass box: 53,5 x 52,5 cm (21 x 20,6 x 5,5 in).
• Adolf Luther is a leading representative of kinetic art and optical art.
• Dynamically fragmented light image.
• Energetic interplay between space and light.

Private collection (acquired from the above in 1990).
In good condition. The plexiglass box shows very few, minimal signs of wear.
