• Before he emigrated to Paris in 1960, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
• In 1968, he participated in the 4th documenta in Kassel.
• Works by Jan Voss can be found at, among others, the Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, at the Moderna Museet, Stockholm and at the Sprengel Museum, Hanover.

In good condition, with beautiful colors. Slightly dirty in places. Some craquelure in the impasto areas. A small flaked spot (approx. 1 cm) in the upper center of the painting. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of a UV light source and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
