Oil on canvas (three parts).
Each verso monogrammed, dated and inscribed with the technique. Each ca. 138.5 x 133 cm (54.5 x 52.3 in). [KA].
• Geometric-abstract monochrome work in three parts.
• Part of an important private collection in Berlin since the year it was created.
• Works by Joachim Grommek are part of important museum collections, including Haus Konstruktiv Zurich, Museum für Konkrete Kunst Ingolstadt, and Wilhelm-Hack-Museum Ludwigshafen.
PROVENANCE: Private collection, Berlin (acquired from the artist in 1992).
In good condition. There is a small dent in the upper right and left edges of the yellow image and in the lower left corner of the green image. There are a few tiny studio marks in places. The condition report was prepared in daylight and with the aid of a UV light source to the best of our knowledge and belief.
