Zwei weibliche Akte im Raum (Gerda und Erna Schilling). Um 1915.
Pencil drawing.
With the stamp “No. 234 aus dem Nachlass von Fräulein Lise Gujer Davos-Sertig 13.3.1967”, on the reverse. On off-white wove paper. 24.5 x 30.9 cm (9.6 x 12.1 in), the full sheet.

• The female nude in natural poses is a central motif for Kirchner.
• Hardly any other expressionist artist used drawing as a creative tool as much as Kirchner.
• Gerda and Erna Schilling are Kirchner's models in his best creative days in Berlin.
