Signiert. From an edition of unknown print run. On laminated cardboard. 17.8 x 17.8 cm (7 x 7 in), front of a folding card. Sheet: 17,8 x 35,7 cm (7 x 14 in.).
Printed by Color Editions Inc. and published by Castelli Graphics, New York. [JS].
• Signed copy of the invitation card to the exhibition “Andy Warhol. A Print Retrospective” (1981), published by Castelli Graphics, New York, in 1981.
• Warhol's famous “Marylin” portrait is an icon of American pop art.
In good condition. Invitation card slightly browned, but this hardly affects the image, and there are two small adhesive residue marks on the typographic interior, resulting from mounting. The image has a small scratch and two small creases in the top right corner and on the left edge.
