The work is listed in the estate of Erich Heckel, Hemmenhofen on Lake Constance. We are grateful to Ms. Renate Ebner for her kind support.

PROVENANCE: Private collection, Hamburg (family-owned since ca. 1970).

In good condition. Slightly browned overall and with small brown spots. Slight creases at the bottom edge of the sheet. The top edge is attached to the mount.
