In good condition. The right and top edges of the sheet are each slightly unevenly trimmed. The sheet is slightly wavy overall due to the manufacturing process. The edges of the sheet show isolated superficial rubbing and studio marks in places, there is also a tiny tear in the paper along the center of the left edge.
