Signed, datdt, titled and inscribed "épreuve d'artiste". Artist proof aside from the edition of 53 copies. On Arches wove paper (withh the truncated watermark). 52 x 39 cm (20.4 x 15.3 in). Sheet: 64 x 45 cm (25,1 x 17,7 in).
Sheet 2 of 10 from the album "Géographie", one of 22 albums in the famous graphic cycle "Les Phénomènes" (Oct. 1958-Apr. 1962). [AR].

In good condition. Very slightly browned. One small pinhole in the center of the upper and lower edges of the sheet (from the studio) . According to the catalog, this is a four-color print, but in this artist's copy, the fourth color is barely discernible alongside the black, light gray, and blue.
