Signed, dated and numbered. Aside from an edition of 90 copies. On cardboard. 96.5 x 96.5 cm (37.9 x 37.9 in) [KA].
Printed by Rupert Jasen Smith, New York (with the blindstamp). Published by George Mulder Fine Art, New York (with the copyright stamp on the reverse).
• Expressive print from the “Apocalypse” series, which Haring designed based on texts by William S. Burroughs.
• In the year of its creation, Haring took part in the group exhibition “Committed to Print” at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
• The 1980s were an extremely productive and successful time for Keith Haring.
• Today, his works can be found in major museum collections, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, the Albertina in Vienna and the Nakamura Keith Haring Collection in Japan.
