Signed, dated and titled "Pompei" (1) and monogrammed (1). On laid paper (1) and on wove paper (1). Up to 20 x 33.2 cm (7.8 x 13 in), size of sheet. [KA].
PROVENANCE: Private collection Günther Förg (since 2007, Karl & Faber).
LITERATURE: Karl & Faber, Munich, 214th auctionn, Arbeiten auf Papier des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts, November 30, 2007, lot 245 (illu.) (Willroider).
Good overall impression. Both sheets slightly irregularly trimmed, one of them slightly foxed.
