Signed and dated in the lower left. 130.5 x 97.8 cm (51.3 x 38.5 in). [AW].
• Paul Wunderlich is considered the most important representative of Fantastic Realism.
• Mysterious and surreal imagery rendered in vibrant, pop-art colors.
• The artist’s works are held in the collections of the Hamburger Kunsthalle, the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landesmuseum, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York, among others.

LITERATURE: Christie's, London, 9941. Auktion, October 20, 2004, lot 108 (illustrated in color on p. 84).
In good condition, with vibrant colors. The edges of the picture are slightly worn in places. There is slight soiling along the upper edge of the picture. The lower edge of the picture is slightly discolored. There are very few tiny brown spots. This condition report was prepared to the best of our knowledge and belief, in daylight and using a UV light source.
